RETURNS

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return the product ordered from the website www.beenaturelab.com for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Return shipping is free. The returned product must be intact, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all documents.

For all products purchased from an authorized distributor of AZALEE COSMETICS (BEE NATURE SA), please contact the distributor to arrange the return of the products.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, you must contact our customer service at the address hello@beenaturelab.com

 

REFUND

After receiving and verifying your package, an email will be sent to notify you and we will refund the full price of the returned product within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the initial order.

In case the return conditions are not met, no refund will be made, and you will be informed by email.
